c-5060 109mm(EFL) 1/40 f/4.8 iso 125
I don’t shoot the c-5060 much these days, but I’m still very happy I’ve kept it around. While far too big for a pocket, when I bring it along with me on some other errand it doesn’t tug much at the neck and hangs easily and comfortably at my side under a jacket when not in use. And I shoot differently with it too, mostly from waist height using the flip-out LCD, and that changes the way I frame and compose quite a bit compared to using my dslrs. And when I shoot raw, which is pretty much how I always shoot the 5060 these days, I love the liberties I can take in development with colours like the terracotta and green as seen above.
Another storm on its way for tonight, last night’s at times felt like it was going to rip the windows of my apartment right out of the frames. Par for the course for here this time of year.
