winter solstice, the shortest day of the year, as i write the longest night is just beginning.

i wish right now found me in my normal winter solstice mood, it's always been a time here on the site when i reflect a little more deeply the things i found significant about life over the last year. alas, today finds me erranded out and a little frazzled and i'll soon be heading out for the evening, and besides that i'm not feeling particularly pensive today at all. maybe i will get the urge to meditate on such here before the calendar's end, but then i always promise stuff like that here and never get around to it, so please inhale and exhale as normal.
